With the harsh winter weather still with us, we thought we would
take this opportunity to make sure you are kept updated with
regards to local services during these conditions.
BIN COLLECTIONS
Residents that have not receive a collection of their Green Bin will
receive a double collection on their next scheduled collection
day. Properties that did not receive a collection of their blue bins
on 1st, 2nd and 3rd December will receive a collection on 8th,
9th and 10th December respectively. A revised blue bin text
message will be sent informing those residents on the scheme of
revised collections.
To subscribe to the free blue bin text service, text the word blue,
followed by the 2 digits shown at the top left hand side on their
refuse collection calendar to 07786 200401.

CLEARING OF PUBLIC AREAS
Teams of East Riding employees are working hard to make sure
public areas are cleared of snow and treated with grit. This is
focussed on areas of high footfall such as village centres.
SALT BINS
Where salt bins are empty, East Riding Council is attempting to
refill them as quickly as possible. If there is a salt bin that needs
refilling, contact your Conservative Team who will notify the
Council.
